Make sure to make twice as much as you think you need and you will still run out… Submitted by Tom L.
– 2 lbs. venison chops
– 1 can of Coke
– 1/2 bottle of Soy Vay Veri Veri teriyaki sauce
– Garlic powder
Cut 2 pounds of venison chops into 2 inch by 2 inch squares. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper and put them into a container.
Then pour in one can of Coke to cover. Let sit in fridge with Coke for 24 hours.
4 hours before cooking drain off the Coke and pour in half of a bottle of Soy Vay Veri Veri teriyaki sauce and put back in the fridge.
Grill at medium high heat for 3 minutes per side for medium rare and enjoy.
