This was the most delicious steak that we have had in a long time. Couldn’t even tell it was venison.
-3 tablespoons canola oil
-1 tablespoon lemon juice
-1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
-1 tablespoon soy sauce
-1 -2 teaspoon minced garlic
-1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
-1 (1 1/2 lb) package venison steak
Mix all marinade ingredients together in a small measuring cup.
Place venison steaks in a sealable plastic container or a large zip lock bag.
Pour marinade over steaks and seal shut.
Lay steaks flat and place in the refrigerator.
Refrigerate and marinate for at least 6 hours (the longer the better!).
Grill steaks to desired taste.
Enough marinade for 4 steaks.
