Indoor pulled BBQ Venison…
3/4 lbs venison steaks 1 large bottle of your favorite bbq sauce. I prefer Sweet Baby Rays.
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 medium onion chopped.
I prefer to boil the meat for an hour or so until the meat is fully cooked. After you drain all the water off. Take 2 forks and seperate the meat into strips and bite size pieces. Put it into the slow cooker add BBQ sauce, onion, and brown sugar. Give it a nice big stir to make sure all ingredients are mixed. Cook on low for 6 hours. This will feed 4 hungry hunters.
