Pickled Venison Wieners

Ingredients

– White vinegar

– Water

– Sugar

– Salt

– Pickling spices

– Garlic powder

– Onion

– Venison wieners

Directions

1 Cup white vinegar, 1/2 Cup water, 1/4 Cup white sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1 Tbsp. pickling spice, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 small onion, 1 lb. venison wieners. Mix and boil first 6 ingredients for 6 min. Cool— Put cooked venison wieners with slice of onion in a glass jar. Pour vinegar mixture over wieners. Store in refrigerator over night or longer. If you like them hot add some red pepper. I also cut wieners in half and put in jars. Good snacks.
