Sink your teeth into a delicious classic and get ready for some flavor!
‘-1 lb. ground venison
-2 slices white bread (cut into small squares)
-1 cup sliced mushrooms
-1 cup Swiss cheese (small cubes)
-Salt & Pepper (seasoned to taste)
1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly with your hands.
2. Once mixed, form ground venison into patties.
3. Grill on medium heat until desired doneness and top with a slice of Swiss cheese and extra sauteed mushrooms.
4. Assemble burgers with whatever toppings you desire and serve immediately.
