This burger has layers of flavor from the perfectly seasoned ground venison to the jalapeno slices smothered in molten Wisconsin Cheddar cheese.
‘-1 lb. ground venison
-2 slices white bread (cut into small squares)
-1/2 cup sliced jalapenos
-1/2 cup cheddar cheese (small cubes)
-Salt & Pepper (seasoned to taste)
1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly with your hands.
2. Once mixed, form ground venison into burger patties.
3. Grill on medium heat until desired doneness and top with Wisconsin Cheddar cheese.
4. Assemble burgers with whatever toppings you desire and serve immediately.
