Cheese Stuffed Venison Meatballs

A cheese stuffed venison meatball!!


-1lb. Mozzarella Cheese

-1lb. Ground Italian Sausage

-1lb. Ground Venison

-2 tsp. salt

-1 tsp. pepper

-1 cup of bread crumbs

-1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

-2 eggs

-1/2 cup whole milk

-1/2 cup Italian parsley

-1.5 cans of tomato sauce

  1. Cut mozzarella cube into bite sized pieces to be stuffed in the middle of the meatball.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl (minus the tomato sauce).
  3. Form into golf ball sized balls with the cheese in the middle of the meatball.
  4. Poor tomato sauce into crock pot and place the meatballs inside. Cook on high for 2 – 2.5 hours. Enjoy!
