Melt in your mouth & taste better than filet mignon… Submitted by Betty Jo T.
– 1 Venison Tenderloin (cut into 2 in. thick medallions)
– Your choice of BBQ sauce (something hickory flavored tastes best)
– Apple Cider
After cutting your tenderloin, place it in a container and marinate in apple cider for 2-4 hrs in the fridge, then drain apple cider and marinate in BBQ sauce for 2-4 hrs. Take meat out and wrap in bacon. Cook to med rare on grill. Serve & enjoy!
